Payments & Booking
Thanks for your interest in staying at Great Glen Lodges!
Book with us directly by telephoning, emailing or filling in our online request form to let us know the lodge you’d like to stay in and your requested dates.
If the lodge is available, we’ll ask for a 10% deposit to secure the booking. The full balance will be due 6 weeks before your stay.
We prefer the following methods of payment:
- bank transfer
- cheque (payable to Great Glen Lodges).
We’ll send you confirmation of your payment and booking when received. Please note that by booking with us you are accepting our Terms & Conditions.
We appreciate that some guests might need to use another payment method, so we also accept PayPal payments (online only).
However, the law now requires us to absorb PayPal’s 3.4% fee on transactions, and these charges can add up for a small business like ours. We have not increased rates this year, and free bank transfers help us to give our guests the best rates.
We therefore very much appreciate bank transfer payments wherever possible.
If you would like to make a PayPal payment, simply follow the prompts below, and then in the checkout procedure enter the amount to pay in the ‘Price per item’ field.
Please note: If you don’t have a PayPal account and wish to use a debit or credit card to make payment, just check out as a guest when prompted.
